After busting down the flesh traders in Noman and saving his wife Nargis,[N 1] Sameer leads a peaceful life with Nargis, who becomes depressed after the Noman incident. One year later, Sameer's best friend Deepak tells him that he has decided to send his brother's daughter Nandini to an adoption centre as his brother and sister-in-law have died in an accident and he can not take care of her due to his work, but Sameer and Nargis oppose that and adopt Nandini as their daughter, beginning a happy life. However, their happiness is short-lived when Nandini's school friend Seema is forced by her classmate Basheshwar "Bachchu" Thakur to accept his love, but Seema rejects him. Enraged, he kidnaps Seema, along with Nandini (who tried to save her). Sameer, Nargis and Seema's family file a missing complaint, but the cops don't take the case seriously as Bachchu is the grandson of a powerful landlady named Sheela Thakurji, and advise them to stay away from the case. Sameer learns that Nandini and Seema are brutally injured, where Seema becomes the lone survivor, but Nandini dies of the injuries before Sameer met Seema's brother Saaharsh in the hospital bathroom where he tells that Bachchu and Sheela Thakurji are responsible for the abusement on Seema and Nandini. Sameer and Nargis are shattered by Nandini's death and Sameer leaves to seek vengeance against Bachchu and Sheela Thakurji. Sameer thrashes Inspector Tyagi for not helping to find Nandini, where he is sentenced to prison for 60 days. At the prison, Talha Ansari's informer informs him that Rashid Qasai send Jaiswal and his goons to kill Sameer. At night, Talha provides weapons for Sameer and reveals about Jaiswal's plans to kill him. In the morning, Sameer kills Jaiswal and his goons with the help of Talha. In the hospital, Seema gains consciousness and reveals about Bachchu and his friends for abusing Seema and Nandini. She reveals about this to Ravi Kumar in a news channel. Sheela Thakurji warns Nargis to stay away from Bachchu for Sameer but she confronts her that she doesn't care and console Sheela that Sameer will kill Bachchu and his men. Talha ask help from Khalu to release Sameer. Khalu tells Sameer that Rashid knows where they hides Bachchu two's friends. Sameer forms a gang with Khalu and Saaharsh to eliminate Rashid and his men's in alleyway and they find Bachchu's friends Shailendra and Abhinav. After learning about the abusement, Sameer kills Abhinav and hangs him on a tree where Shailendra becomes witness to testify against Bachchu and Sheela Thakurji and Shardul surrender himself to the magistrate. Sameer found Bachchu's hideout with the help of Khalu and SSP Avinash Thakur that Bachchu is hiding with his fugitive father Kamlesh Thakur in Egypt. Sameer and Saaharsh board to Egypt and locate Kamlesh and Bachchu's location with the help of Hasnain, an arms dealer in a local market. They eliminate Kamlesh's henchmen's and chase them in a desert road of Pyramid which leads to the car chase. After Bachchu's car has been crashed, Sameer brutally kills him and Saaharsh kills Kamlesh Thakur. Sheela Thakurji mourns the death of Bachchu, but she gets killed by her own mistress's hand. Sameer finds himself in his house and Nargis is revealed to be pregnant, much to Sameer's surprise. Everyone from outside the house praises Sameer where he becomes Leader. Just then, he sees Nandini in the crowd and they both wave at each other. The movie ends with Sameer waving at the crowd.
